I started reading Frankenstein this month! I haven't read it before. It's reminding me of things I was assigned in high school, hated, but read anyway (begrudgingly).

Beast is the worst. Ugh.
Am I the only person alive who thinks Reflektor is the best Arcade Fire album? The Suburbs, which I loved when it came out, is the one I revisit the least.
That album is great, too. Not better than PP, but excellent nonetheless.
I'm also frightened that the thread will (new town)burnout.
I really like both, but Panda is starting to get a little same-y for me. Like, I enjoyed PBMtGR, but some of those songs just bleed together. When Painting With hit, to me it sounded like a bunch of tossed-off Panda B-sides (I still liked it).
So cool to see Black Marble as part of this write-up. A Different Arrangement was one of my most listened-to albums the year it came out.
"Memory" is very cool.
"Anxiety" is a great track. The album is good, but I don't know if I enjoy it as immediately as I did Viet Cong. Looking forward to spinning it more as Halloween approaches.

I finally gave up on Extraordinary X-Men. I'll wait for Death of X to finally see what happened to Cyke and decide what next.
It's impossible to pick my favorite Slowdive song, but "Melon Yellow" has the most plays on my iTunes. Love that track.

Always a Cajun Fillet Biscuit. Always.
Yes, yes, but how is the title screen theme?
Westbrook!
Upvote for The Radio Dept.
Did they ever relent regarding not releasing it as a single or for download or anything? It's not even on the soundtrack, right?
I wanna play this week!
