Are these reviews ever coming back? I'd miss them terribly, if not.

Calling all X-Philes - I'll be honest, the first thing I thought when I saw this article's tagline was: "Yes!  Maybe some love for Duane Barry!"
I know Monday may be considered superior, but Duane Barry was the X-Files hostage episode where real issues were at still at stake for the show.  Not only did it introduce

Everybody, do yourself a favor and read Kaufman's original draft:

Well, the play does have a rape by KFC drumstick.  On top of dicks, they may not have cared for that.

I still think it's hilarious that someone, even HDB, would conflate someone like WKW with Woody Allen. Sheesh.

Angel Investigations
I see nothing wrong with calling on the Buffy Scoobies. They've stopped numerous apocalypses (apocalypti?) and you'd usually end up alive with just a stern lecture from Buffy in the wake (or you'd end up a vampire or eaten by a Mayor-Snake).

Who would make Tammy II quake with fear? Two words.

First off, I agree grades are trivial, especially considering Golden Age Simpsons eps (where nostalgia and cultural importance make any grades obsolete) but I think Rabin is right on the money with the B + here, succinctly described as that "weird, bitter aftertaste." No Future for You
I won't spend too much time echoing previous posts about how messy Season 8 got, but I genuinely liked Faith's No Future for You arc. Faith (to me, at least) was always a better character on paper than in execution, mostly because of Eliza Dushku's acting. So in the comics, I finally liked Faith

Don't forget Adam West's glorious MST3K appearance in "Zombie Nightmare."

3 - if you count X-Files.

Little Edie
Liz's Little Edie impression had me rolling. I said to myself "well, that sounds like she actually doing a Drew Barrymore impression" and then she actually came out and said it. Wonderful.

I was the one who canceled Star Trek!

"Thou shall not…. oh, to hell with it!"

@Sir Captain - Julie Taymor is hired to do an In Memoriam interpretive dance number. Ten to twenty million killed, tops. Uh, depending on the breaks.

Does this mean they have to start handing out Purple Hearts at the Tonys?

"No WAY! We landed ON THE MOON!"

Shore Leave - Big Christopher Guest Fan
Did anyone else notice Shore Leave was dressed up as John Michael Higgins' Scott Donlan from "Best in Show"?

Note to Self:
After a long day at work, I DON'T want to see that!
