I also noticed that Hurley expression and loved it. Other bits that made me smile: Jack and David's bantering, "You know, like Anakin," and Desmond's knack for doing totally intrusive things while remaining completely charming.

I've been saying for weeks that even if Sun and Jin died about three minutes after reuniting, I'd still be fine with it, because they're finally back together and happy.

Did you read the piece? She hates that bit. And while I disagree with her about its level of hilarity (I think it's pretty excellent), I can understand why she wouldn't want to be known as blowjob girl forever.

"LISTEN!" is better when the other Navi says it. The real one. From Legend of Zelda.

The most significant thing Shannon ever did was bang Sayid.

Yeah, I've been excited for this all week. I don't expect it to be groundbreaking or even great, but it'll be entertaining, perhaps more than C+ promises.

Accurate.
Grading Modern Family on the curve we do (given that I'm not sure I'd give any episode below a B- before this), I think a C+ is fair. I still laughed out loud a few times, because it's Modern Family and Cameron, Mitchell and Phil exist, but it couldn't match the show's typical momentum.

I also think Artie needs more emphasis. His acting and voice are much better than Finn's, although this was the first Finn-only number that really worked.

Josh Holloway is a great looking guy, to be sure, and I think Naveen Andrews is also excellently good looking. Cusick just wins.

Henry Ian Cusick is the best looking man this show has to offer, and that, my friends, is quite the accomplishment.

I just wrote a different comment about how awesome the acting was tonight, and I'd forgotten that Zuleikha Robinson's "Jacob told me to protect you!" swan song moment was pretty poorly acted. Ah, Ilana. Were you supposed to be important?

The puppy, etc.
It is Jorge Garcia's dog, Nunu. Garcia has a pretty delightful blog and the dog is featured prominently.

But Anders! And Juliet! AND KRYCEK!

Jorge, your idea should be on YouTube, NOW.

Tha? Did you mean to do that?

There's meat on her bones for sure. Lovely lady, last prominently seen in Music & Lyrics, a romantic comedy that wasn't the worst thing in the world.

Apparently I'm different.
I really liked this episode. It was one of the sillier ones they've turned out in a while, but it flowed as a narrative, and it had great one-off moments (the banana on the string, Barney and Lily's high-five, etc.).

Does anyone remember the epic round of puns Jafar busts out during that final battle sequence in Aladdin? "Your time is up" with Jasmine in the hourglass, etc.?

If she doesn't stop doing drugs, Tyra Banks will become the real life version of her favorite doll. (For this I am glad Lohan went through a made-for-Disney-Channel movies phase.)
