I honestly don't get all the negativity, most of which seems to be based on hopes for a show that this hasn't been since at least Season 1, if ever. I don't know what better television you all are watching, I'd love to get some recommendations because I fear that the ratings for this are so low this will be the last

It's all of them taking turns that bugs me (and, I believe, Monkey Business and the others). The turn-taking ALWAYS takes me out of the scene, which is unfortunate. Other than that, and Sherlock no longer wearing T-shirts, I love the show.

Thanks for the info. I just skimmed it on Netflix — I could not BELIEVE that was him. Wow, so, so young. And that hair! That accent! And a super young Angelina Jolie! I'm going to have to find some time to actually watch this thing, as awful as it looks. (I also skimmed Trainspotting, which I know I actually SHOULD

I don't think I ever saw Hackers, although I know JLM starred in it. So is Integer Overflow somehow a reference to it?

"There’s also a song that appeals to me as a detective. It’s a mystery about dogs and who might have let them out.” — One of the funniest lines ever.

I'm very, very worried about how low the ratings of this show are. It's not looking good for the series lasting beyond this season, I'm afraid. So everyone should get the word out to a few million friends or so to start watching!

Excellent observations, PhilInterrupted! I'm so glad you mentioned the tea — I thought that was such an interesting, surprising detail and was the highlight of the episode for me.

I just went back and re-watched Tremors to find this scene — it was quick but hilarious! Sherlock was putting things into two boxes: things that weigh more vs. less than Clyde! I think that passed right by me the first time I watched it. Thanks again, hhw!

I'm pretty sure Gregson mentioned that Sherlock was the one who contacted them about what happened to Oscar and his sister. And it would seem so much more likely that Sherlock would go somewhere hidden and isolated to shoot up and not be easily found by the cops, but obviously it's possible that he might have been

3 nagging questions: (1) Why did the police and the whole world, apparently, have to know that Sherlock shot up? Why wouldn't Gregson or Bell or whoever Sherlock would have given his statement to keep it quiet? The assault happened before he shot up, so it wouldn't be relevant to his case. (2) Was anyone else struck

Thanks very much, hhw!

Can someone remind me of the backstory with the squirrel? I've seen every episode but my memory for such details is not as good as I'd like it to be. Thanks!

How do you know that/when they're back together? Is this verified somewhere reliable? I'd love to see whatever spoilers there are about this.

I agree that the show seemed a bit off. I think Shawn's anger and weird tone, though, was justifiable given his dad being shot, and I found it even interesting to watch as a change of pace. Juliet's role in this episode was very weak, though, and the villains and the case were pretty terrible. I hope that's not a sign

I thought this was a very good review, but I can't for the life of me understand how this review corresponds to a B+. This was an A or A+ episode in my mind, and the content of the review sounds like an A to me.

I just want to thank the powers that be here that you're reviewing this show, and I hope it continues. It's one of my favorite shows and it helps me enjoy the show all the more to be able to read about it here after I've watched it myself.

I loved that speech and was disappointed it wasn't discussed in the review. Where did you learn that this was improvised?
