Kirkman did something similar a few years back when he devoted an entire issue to the graphic torture-murder of a specific antagonist. It just came off as extremely immature and "edgy" in a "1993 Image comics" kind of way. Plus, it delayed the progression of an already slow-as-hell story. Made me quit reading the book

I actually thought this was the best episode of the season, and that the show did "gay humor" waaay better than 99% of anything else on TV, mainly because it was mocking homophobia instead of knocking down tired gay stereotypes (well, except for that organic cupcake store thing). Compare that to Community's terrible

I mainly used Extra Hot Great to learn about TV shows I didn't have the time or interest to watch. How will I fit in with my fellow man now?

I lived near Warren once and have been down Dave Grohl alley. It's sandwiched between the backs of buildings and a parking garage. No Cool Dad would be caught dead there.

The best WHM episodes featured prominent celebrity impersonations/mockery. Check out their episodes on Michael Caine's The Hand and A Shock to the System and you'll see what I mean.

I think that if you complain about commercials on a free podcast, you are a bigger tool than Paul Bunyan's socket wrench.

I can tell by the screenshot alone that TMS did the animation for this one — they always did gorgeous work.

Shortly after this episode aired, a news magazine show used a clip of it to explain what passive-aggression was. To think of a simpler time 20 years ago when people had to be informed about this bold new concept.

Earwolf really should come up with a new tag at this point; the engineer reading the copy is soft-spoken and nervous (and gone now, I think), and Kroll sounds like he's screaming into a bullhorn. I tell ya, it's enough to make a guy fly private!
