The trouble is, I can't just see it as an action movie because the soggy romance and one-dimensional characters and the steerage class full of jolly Irish and Italian stereotypes are all right in the foreground.

I was a little disappointed by Take This Waltz but I agree that scene (or I should say both scenes on the Scrambler) is/are excellent.

Agree with the mentions of Low and Sufjan Stevens, would also say I really like I Was Born on Christmas Day by Saint Etienne. Great song by a consistently great band.
