Here's my take on Farrakhan, based on exhaustive research, i.e. hearing him on Fresh Air or something a few years back: Speaking negatively of "the Jew" is anti-Semitic. Speaking positively of "the Jew" isn't necessarily anti-Semitic, but it's still pretty weird that you call Jewish people "the Jew," y'know?
