I know it's not really the most unique saying ever, but I always thought of the emphatic "god… DAMMIT!" as this show's catchphrase. Pretty much every adult character does it at some point, most more than once. Dinello, of course, is the best.

JustSomeGuy, I think it that's often more dependent on the venue than the show. I went to crowded Deerhoof concert once where a guy actually started throwing fists because somebody nudged him. It was unbelievable.
