Don't forget the Crossgen stuff!

Do you have any Top Dog or St. Geogre?

Yeah, it was pretty bad, but Kirk still comes off better than Picard. Picard is a man of reason instead of violence, but Generations made him look like a total wuss.

Split the difference and say Ducktor Strange.

And if the plot ever leaked, not only do Bush and Cheney go down, the Republican party as an institution is finished. The gain wasn't big enough to outweigh the risk to let something that heinous happen. FDR didn't know about Pearl Harbor, either.

Or maybe his transporter "twin" Thomas Riker could fill the role.

I never read them, but I know Shatner actually co-wrote a few Trek novels that brought Kirk back from Genesis.

The children have to learn about Tek War sooner or later.

He also made Pushing Daisies, which was phenomenal about balancing mystery, comedy, and metaphysics in a delightfully realized world. If he were interested, sure.

Tons.

Or whatever the Starfleet equivalent of JAG is.

Who can they cast Bill Nighy as?

I feel for you.

Do your people still sing songs of the Great Tribble Hunt?

I really wish they had gone with Jonathan Frakes. He did a good job with First Contact, and he's definitely familiar with the property.

John Cho's Sulu has been nothing short of amazing. You totally believe he could go on to captain his own ship someday. Plus, if some of the comics are to be believed, Sulu is as much of a, ahem, master swordsman as Kirk.

Yeah, you could just explore the more philosophical or social themes the shows were known for, but that usually doesn't put asses in seats.

I like the cut of your jib, Mr. Monster.

I will defend First Contact vigorously, but the others were crap.

Yeah, I wanted to be clear on that. No more Caucasian Khans. Klingons, Romulans (real ones, not miners), Ferengi, bring 'em on.
