This isn't funny or clever.

Wouldn't it have been less accurate if you have a black character in New York not speaking AAVE? Like if she spoke like a WASP that wouldn't have been accurate to the character or location, though I don't disagree that Girls is weird with characters of colour.
The teasers for next week made me angry because Adam is terrible, and trying to insert himself back into Hannah's life at this sensitive moment for her is going to be super manipulative, and just fuck him. Him and Jessa are perfect for one another, leave Hannah alone.
This show does transitions like no other, and it's always great.
Bashes a show she wasn't funny on, what a surprise. I think her impressions (especially Zooey Deschanel and Alyson Hannigan) were absolute garbage, but I enjoyed her well enough on Master of None. Not a good look for her to bash SNL though.
I was a sobbing mess by the end of it. I don't know where that came from, but just this whole reuniting with loved ones thing really got to me. Especially when Caroline's mom held her hand, I was done.
Amelia doesn't want kids and freaked out over it? Owen needs to learn to communicate with his partners about this. Fool him twice, shame on him.
Racism comes from a position of systemic privilege. And they weren't racist, they were just stating that rich white people have better access to power in the form of music careers. You claiming this is an example of racism against white people is not a good look.
I hope the grief somehow brings her magic back. Her wail at the end seemed supernatural and they've got to give her something because she's lost everything good in her life.
Am I crazy in thinking Jake is involved? He is totally behind all of this.
Genetically it means basically nothing but the social stigma attached to dating your 'cousin' is what breaks them up. Whether that social stigma should be challenged for third-cousins is a different story.
she got mono, so decided to take a year off to recover.
Honestly a lot of the performances seemed off this week. It felt like the actors were reciting a memorized script … which they are, but it just didn't feel as convincing this time around.
I gave this episode an A- for the Jess/Cece gagging scene alone. It had my whole family rolling with laughter. As long as this show can give me one huge laugh like that and keep all the characters lovable, I'll keep coming back.
Josh Thomas deserves recognition for his brilliant performance in the latest two episodes of Please Like Me.
The less Tony next season the better. I feel like I'm in the minority for hating his gameplay.
It doesn't do any good to have your ally sitting next to you if they played the better game. Will was the only jury member who mentioned that and respected Ken's decision.
Me too! Rossum is the heart of this show, not Macy. While viewers may have tuned in for the first few seasons for Macy, Rossum is what is keeping them around now. And for people saying she hasn't been nominated for awards while Macy has, I think she's been overlooked way too many times.
I wanted Oreos after that. I mean, I always want Oreos, but still.
I am so glad they gave Ladies Choice to Corny since Hough did much better with it than Clayton would have. The less Clayton/Link the better. Unless it's Zac Efron as Link.
