Fair enough. I guess the cleverness was enough for some people, but I just felt like the whole thing was a waste of my time in the bigger picture. No character development, no progression of anything, and a thing about Marvin that serves no emotional impact.

Does anyone else think they got a lot of stuff past the censors? The blue balls line, for starters.

Sorry, but I'd give this episode a D. It didn't work for me at all. When The Simpsons did a <10 segment using a Suessian rhyming scheme, it worked, but for this to carry over a 22 minute episode was a disaster. No matter how clever the writing was, it just didn't work.

Killam and McKinnon are the strongest people that SNL has right now, in my opinion. Though Strong was excellent as well.

Legitimate first thought I had during Damon's flashbacks. Hybrid monster, here we come!

My favourite part was when Brick blamed his stomach ache on Frankie's mashed potatoes. Great episode.

I love when a show goes meta and Awkward did it so very well. I can only imagine how much Molly Tarlov enjoyed playing Jenna. It was just so well done, and a great way for the show to poke fun at itself while also advancing the story line.

A-. Very enjoyable and funny while chalk-full of great acting too.

Is it just me, or did Bertle look like Eliza Dushku in 20 years?

Hmm, I'm not sure how much control the hosts have over stuff like that. But I feel like her prolonged staring during the Kimye sketch was definitely more of a directorial decision than hers. Though I do agree that her performance during that sketch was her weakest.

No problem! It also works for Netflix, if you have it :)

Hola Unblocker is an incredible thing.

If your problem was that she had an issue in putting aside her persona, it's because they made her play herself in a lot of the sketches. She played herself "covering" Madonna and an older version of herself. From what I remember of Miley's skits, she didn't usually play herself.

As a big Gaga fan, this episode was incredibly enjoyable. From the opening to the end, Gaga was very game to make fun of herself, and it always seemed to work for me.

Okay, so first, the episode lost so many points for me because of the "Blurred Lines" performance. Matthew Morrison is just really creeping me out right now. The face, the actions … just, ugh. I could have done without the falsetto too. And the whole performance. Also, the song is actually about a guy trying to

I … kind of really enjoyed this episode. A lot of pieces came together, and there was enough stuff disturbed to stretch out some story lines.

She didn't seem to be trying too hard to talk to anyone. Maybe it was just the acting or something.

For someone who would do anything to find out who her family was, Haley seemed quite uninterested in being in the exact location of where her family was. Kind of weird. Maybe she had other things on her mind, but still.

Next episode: Crowley kills Kevin as part of his escape, Sam makes a sad face.

It's okay because he felt bad afterwards.
