I was even more offended when he called Bime's mofongo "shrimp scampi, faked, with plantain thrown in there" during the auditions. WTH? Dude is supposed to be a food expert, and never heard of a Carribean staple like mofongo?

Agreed on the Maddie thing. She's picked up a few tricks since hanging with the gang, and has even held her own against bad guys and helped out on a few missions. Seeing her spill the beans so easily was just bad writing. If this was the first season, it would have made sense, but not now.

Good lord, Moral Orel went from sunshine and lollipops in the first season to dark as fuck in the last season. Venture Bros a little less so, but the last season still had a lot of pedophile jokes (Sgt Hatred, Capt Sunshine).

I was so glad that Tommy didn't end up going all Harry Osbourne, especially since all the signs were pointing in that direction. Having him actually stand up to father made his death all the more poignant.

You see, Smallville? This is how you do a season finale. Fantastic episode from start to finish. We expected a big payoff, and we got a big payoff, with interest. I'm totally on board for Season 2.

Also, considering that China was one of the biggest target audiences, doing the "old-school" Mandy wasn't going to fly with them.

At least IM3 gets credit for hiring Ben Kingsley as the faux Mandy, since Ben (born Krishna Pandit Bhanji) is of South Asian descent.
