Just got back from a free screening.
I was bored for the first 30 minutes, annoyed by the wooden acting (esp. Gruffudd), irritated by the 3D and anxious to get into the fucking cave system.

Mrs Deputy Mayor got me Creature Tech for xmas just past, because she knows I like comics, but that's about it. I read it, because duh, but eegads was it hard to stomach. I totally agree with Mr Mafia above, in that TenNapel's art is really attractive; too bad about all the jeeziness going on in there. Oh well.

Just following up here to complete the thread. Went to Jumbo's. Had a fine time. Watched women in underwear pole dance. Some fine, strong cores on some of them. Yoga is doing god's work.

I was thinking about posting something about being in a Twisted Sister video here. I held back, but I think that would have been an admirable firstie. Subtle, a little out of left field, worth the effort for someone to discover its meaning.
