He's just making sure
that this issue gets the Madea attention it deserves.

It sounds to me like Mellie's got a constant stream of Percocet flowing through her veins. Which, if that's the case, hey sign me up for five fucking years.

Really? That's what my GF said too. But I feel like: if I've got a loving wife who's been through such hard times with me, and who has told me the deep dark painful secret of *her* flash (way worse, BTW, right?), I'm gonna man up and just tell her, "yeah, i was drinking in my flash. I think that's why you were with

I want to like this.
Because, hey, who doesn't want there to be another cool show to get behind? But, like Todd, and like many others who commented last week, I'm feeling like they're treating us as though we're a bunch of idiots. I'm giving it a couple more episodes before I bail.

I hereby proclaim that time will prove "Burn After Reading" to be a great and powerful film, and among Los Bros' best.

Hey Ellie—

That's by Josie Cotton and it's from 1981.

12 Monkeys was visually stunning, and Brad Pitt's performance was solid, bordering on parodic. I am a huge fan of Gilliam's, but this particular film has a plot that depends on accepting some pretty giant fucking loopholes. It just doesn't make sense. To ME, I mean. Others are allowed to like it, and I get that

I'm at 3, and one of them is "Boat Trip." This is because my dad owns it—he will watch anything with bared breasts, god love him.

Chef Ramsay would never say "f#$king." He would say "fucking." Crazy Europeans.

Man, I *hated* 12 Monkeys. I was all set to love it, and then it sucked. And all these years later, I am still angry about it.

Phil—

Clam, I know it, but you gotta have noticed how the level of hater-snark increased as O'Neal upped his game, yeah?

The Buzzkills Backlash Begins
And it's not dissimilar to how everyone started dumping on The Hater as soon as Sean got his column underway.

Whew! Thanks, everyone! I thought I was in that Twilight Zone episode where hey wait a minute Traction Joe hurted my feelings!

But I love Keats, and I recognize that Campion is an amazing director. So this film I will give a fair shake.

I haven't been able to refresh AVClub for several days now.
And I finally got a new page, and now there's this article with no comments on it. What the fuck is up?

It is a sign of my utter and complete lameness that I am mortified at having written "Kat" instead of "Cat." And that I have returned a day later to self-flagellate.

I saw it, and enjoyed the review.

Wait a goddamned minute everyone. Did ZMF just conveniently find a reason *not* to attend?
