No one reads books anymore, and that's one of the few movies the enjoyment of which is increased by reading.

David Simon is nothing if not brutally provincial - this show has basically shit on every city that isn't New Orleans - Houston, New York, now Indianapolis.  Love the show, don't enjoy that aspect of it.
