Pretty sure I read that Midnight In Paris was his highest grossing film ever.

So what you're saying is that I have to see this movie, even though I tolerated Midnight in Paris and loathed Whatever Works.  I cannot wait to see how all this talent is squandered on a film that combines the one of the 4 Woody Allen plots and has all 8 Woody Allen character archetypes.

I was disappointed that he is an actor/writer - I understand that it's way easier to write for someone like that, but he's going to be a little less inscrutable now that we know he's such an artiste.

ABC Deez Nuts isn't a hard game.  It's more that he seems to know who was in just about every major release in the last 30 years.

Lookwell never would've worked as a 22 episode per year show, but goddamn is that a fantastic pilot.  It would've at least been nice if it had been given the Police Squad! treatment.

The first episodes aired in the summer aired between my 8th and 9th grade years (aka The South Park Wheelhouse).  I figured I and my friends were the only one who'd found this show, but when I went back to school, ALL the freshman guys were quoting it incessantly.  And as Nugent notes, this is before Comedy Central

Oh, c'mon.  If it were Sims reviewing these he would point out the unreality of a 4th grader using the phrase 'fully bonded and licensed by the city' and knowing what it means.

I don't think it's entirely healthy that the AV Club often makes me think 'Man, I wish I had watched more TV as a kid'.  I watched Animaniacs and enjoyed it a lot when it was on, but I hardly remember any of it now, and I'm pretty sure I stopped watching by the end of the show's run.  But yeah, they clearly smuggled a

Maurice La Marche, the voice of Brain, said on the Nerdist recently that for all mic checks, etc. he's done as a voice actor, he would do parts from that Orson Welles bit.

Only because they're trying to accomplish completely different things, even though both shows are about stand-up comedians who live in New York whose show personae are less successful than they are in real life.  Seinfeld (the show) crushed the sitcom form, but Louie's its own thing and doing real well at being that.
