Good ole disquis
which is why most of them should STF and let their guest speak.
go to your room
oy, those outfits. And, oy, that late 80's, early 90's PC ness
Let's just say the original Star Trek has aged better. TNG is pretty ridiculous now
I always saw it as an album about intense alienation and the fear of being lost in technology. Some of those songs, even the more electronic stuff, still hits me in that Pink Floyd place
As I said somewhere, Community sometimes drove me nuts and that's a pretty good description of what it was that would drive me nuts (which is why I hated the GI Joe episode).
I'm so over Star Wars right now that I'm beginning to intensely dislike the whole thing
especially as how every season up until this season has been Don constantly reliving the same plot line over and over again.
I like them too but Feinberg is one of those people who seems to be trying way to hard to be negative
No, he's huge here, especially back east where in his last tour he sold out Giants Stadium 10 nights in a row. He's from Jersey and pretty much reeks of Jersey so it's more of an east coast thing than a west coast thing. Growing up in Philly, he was considered a God. Here in California, not so much
Baltar was the best, the great villain and destroyer of the Colonies who did it mainly because of his huge ego and wanting to have sex with a hot Cylon. He was unlike any supposed bad guy on a TV show
this whole thread is turning into "AV Club Secrets" where we all admit to disliking all these things we're supposed to like
/wants to start a fight over this but decides to crank all ten minutes of Cowgirl in the Sand instead
Kid A is great if you look upon it like a Pink Floyd album where the sound, the production, and the lyrics come together to create something better than the sums of it's parts. Unfortunately, I also usually fast forward through most of the album when listening to it on my iPhone
If it's the Helo and Athena storyline, that story's actually pretty good for awhile. Those two have some of the better storylines
My wife gave up halfway through the first season because of all the misogyny. Didn't matter if it was a fairly accurate depiction of how it was back then but she just couldn't deal with it
there are episodes in which I love Community and then there are episodes in which I hate Community. Sometimes it gets everything right, sometimes it's kind of smug and full of itself. I almost turned off the Gi Joe episode in the last season because I hated it so much
this is where I say- I liked it when I saw it but don't have much desire to see it again
