I kind of loved this episode I think. It wasn't indicative of how seriously the show can take it's characters like Skips' Story or Steak Me Amadeus. or as perfect as Catching the Wave but I just kept laughing at the absurd jokes. The lady not being able to read the warning signs, the hobos who weren't actually hobos,

Well it did only tie with Junior, maybe you should CHILL out. :D

Jerry O’Connell will always be Vern from Stand By Me to me, so knowing him as that little chubby kid, I can see him being enough of a nerd to grow up to be a scientist

I've heard before that Alex Hirsch, GF's creator, has the series story planned out and he only wanted to do 2 seasons anyways. Also maybe a TV movie as the finale but I'm not as sure about that part.

What the fuck indeed. All I did was copy and paste. AM I AN INTERNET GOD?

You know, I had moved on, I really had. The Hulu talks started, I was rather nonplused. The Hulu thing didn't work, saw that one coming. I was honestly happy with what we had.

Now we know not to go to Hulu if we ever need to stop an asteroid.

You know what the most frustrating part of this was? There was almost a moment where this episode could have redeemed itself at least a little.
Near the end of the episode right before they want Riley to get start the race it looked for just a moment like Riley was going to refuse to do it because he realized how fake

I really doubt if Pops is gone for good, However considering they kept Thomas in that pizza costume until Thanksgiving last year I wouldn't be surprised if he was gone for a few episodes and it gets mentioned again once or twice until he does come back.

So anyone else lucky enough to get one of those season 1&2 sets that had one of those hand stamped prints JG Quintel made?
Cause I was :D OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHH!!!

So the best episodes of the two best new comedies (Rick and Morty & Review obviously) this year are facing off against each other? How in the hell is someone going to pick which of those is better?

Welcome to five months ago. I'm down with Dog Party now.

…I actually did not think about that, but you're absolutely right. This gets to the root of exactly why I don't understand why the people who don't like this or A Glitch is A Glitch get so offended by these episodes.
Just stop and think about it, these two episodes are amazing just by existing. Adventure Time could

Archer's a great example but it's gotten there through years of practice with Adam Reed's past shows Sealab 2021 and Frisky Dingo.

Does this mean regular Review…reviews? when it comes back? Because that would be AWESOME.

Okay so here's a thought that nobody has brought up yet. So the Grass Sword is cursed right? Well what if the whole arm plot thus far was the curse?
Had he not had the sword he couldn't have kept a grip on his dad. Once the sword engulfed his whole arm and gave Finn Akira syndrome was when he had the strength to keep

Ahh, I see. It would be a little difficult if you counted every show that used a gap between seasons for a time jump, which I suppose disqualifies Six Feet Under as well.

One I was sure would be on this list but isn't; Fringe. The jump in "Letters of Transit" in season 4 was super jarring and I honestly spent the whole time from the time it got renewed for that last season up until the season premiere worrying if it would work, and then the premiere was great and I knew everything

Agreed Sling Blade is really the only entry I disagree with on this list

Because someone has to put it here: The Dewey Awards from Mr. Show
