I watched the first season, and found it mediocre at best. I doubt that the show will be changed to make Hannah desirable, I suspect that the Doc will be a resident who works all the time, can't meet anyone, and sleeps with Hannah because it's easy and doesn't take any time. He will dump her when he finishes his

This is one of my least favorite episodes, but it still quite good, and I like it more on re-watch. The Vito arc does seems to be making the same point as Luxury Lounge (which I liked more). The Soprano guys are trapped, not only by oaths, but by their inability to function in the world. In Luxury Lounge, Chris comes

Todd's post exists for the sole purpose of getting more people to view and post on this site. That's how the site makes money.  It's clear that Girls is not good, but if it's promoted enough, it can create controversy and attract more site viewers and posters.  (I feel bad for being suckered into this charade.)

I watched Pulling when it was on Netflix streaming and have since watched Girls. Pulling is miles and miles better than Girls. Girls adopted some of cringe elements from Pulling, but forgot the wit and cleverness that propels Pulling.

"Within your 'purview'? Where do you think you are, some fucking regency costume drama? This is a government department, not some fucking Jane fucking Austen novel! Allow me to pop a jaunty little bonnet on your purview and ram it up your shitter with a lubricated horse cock!"

It also seems like Iannucci used the David Kelley/BBC incident as a starting point for his satire in "In the Loop." The underlying issue in that incident was a claim that the Blair government had altered intelligence reports to bolster the Iraq threat, and, in the movie, Jamie basically makes up  "Debussy" as a source
