The opposite - the buzzsaw was a red herring, Mason's ranch was the surprise twist. You thought you were going to see one thing, but no.

Swap Joan and John Cusack in High Fidelity…

Yeah I know he's Irish, but he lives and works primarily in the UK. The three main shows he is known for were largely made in the UK, including Father Ted. Aside from that, when I said 'British' I generally meant 'British and Irish'…it was just for convenience, and because Linehan works here now (and has been at least

Err THIS NEWS JUST MADE MY DAY!

I agree about Nathan Barley, having finally watched the whole thing recently. That was Chris Morris and Charlie Brooker working together with a great cast…a perfect storm of ideas and humour. I just want to see Chris Morris back doing his own show - Four Lions was one of the best films this country has made in the

Even Netflix passed!? Why would they pass on the most creative show currently on TV?

She was also in Nightcrawler!

A bit of glass lands in his MOUTH.

Err amazing quote, kudos

I hope he didn't let him go though. I thought Jack should've brought a gun, but then I realised he's abroad and it might be difficult for him to get a licensed gun in Italy. Plus he supposedly wasn't hunting for Hannibal anyway until Pazzi didn't come home that night.

Disagree. Having been exposed to Charlie Brooker through several of his shows - everything from Nathan Barley to his Screenwipe and Newswipe series' - Black Mirror is best at its more subtle and straightforward (and less cringey and garish). I would've brought some Boogie Down Productions, but I guess that's just my style.

I think you mean a handmade 1940's gramaphone from east Vienna, right?

Even better - Hannibal was on top, looking down on Jack, and by the end of the scene it has switched. Next episode things are going to really kick off, I expect.

It absolutely baffles me why people aren't watching this show and it has since been cancelled. This episode was FANTASTIC. Mason being absolutely gross, Chiyoh screwing Will over, and Jack finally beating the shit out of Hannibal. I can't wait to see Hannibal arrested and in the control of the FBI…I can feel it coming.

They need to lock down Dancy, Mikkelsen, Fishburne and (I assume) Anderson…those are clearly the actors that are both most likely to get work elsewhere and some of the most important characters that keep the show going. Izzard too, but I'm sure he'd come back for more at the drop of a hat.

OH FFS.

I thought Mackie would do a better Malcolm X, but okay!

I thought it was William Fichtner for a second…
