I think the fact that you like Ren Faires is exactly why you don't like this show. It's not made for you. Jousting is bigger than the hokey garb and accents. These guys are athletes.

If the show is any good, which I think it is, it's because Charlie Andrews and the Knights of Mayhem are tough as nails. The camera crew is doing an amazing job too. Editors, not so much.
