Wow. Wil Wheaton liked it!? That carries a lot of weight. He's pretty restrained in promoting stuff online.

I'm pretty sure the people he was using as "volunteers" were professional actors.

Giger isn't that subtle.

Yeah, I kind of realized that after I posted. My survivor watching skills have been off this season. I'm no @JudgeReinhold:disqus.

Yeah, that is what I saw. Not only did Vytas flip Monica's vote to himself, he also opted not to try and save himself by putting a vote on Katie. He was really intent on going down in flames.

It should be noted, that if he hadn't gone with that attack, then Monica wouldn't have flipped, and he would have stayed in.

I think watching the beginning is worth it. TIna attacks Tyson for betraying Arras, and Tyson throws an epic comeback at her. After that, it is kind of entertaining watching Monica gradually unhinge, and Vytas decides to shit the bed on his way out at tribal council. There aren't a lot of surprises, but it had enough

I haven't seen the show in years, catching it last night only by chance. Sure, it wasn't great, but it was far better than when I drifted away. I was impressed that the characters actually seemed to be acting like themselves, which hasn't been the case any other time I have dropped in during the last decade.

So David Cross is onboard too?

Why would anyone be in a hurry to send him back? It seems to me that Arras would still be public enemy number one for Team Tyson.

I said the exact same thing. I am glad the jinx wasn't entirely on me.

I can respect that kind of pedantry.

Yeah, that's a good point. In any case, given the last couple of episodes, it is ridiculous of me to assume that things will play out predictably, and I do agree that Tina has a good, soft social game, as oppose to Vytas, who is playing it hard. I have a hunch that he might get a little full of himself and screw up.

Okay, I like some of Tina's game, but I'm not seeing enough long-term strategy here. I can see the angle of her teaming up with Arras and Vytas after the merge, But what then?

That is an easy and sensible solution.

That seems likely. It's not like you can surprise them with the separation this time. Anyway, in some ways, they got off easy by competing on opposite tribes. That way you never find yourself in a position to vote them out to further your game.

Yeah, It's not actually true at all. I just enjoy making up ridiculous scientific tidbits.

Tyson seems to have the strongest faction at the moment. I think that if the rumored Vytas-Tina alliance exists, they could look very threatening to anyone else, making it hard to pick up a 5th. Tina has culled her alliance of people like Laura and Kat that would have been easy pick ups. I'm not sure which way Monica

I can see one issue with a Blood vs. Water with all new players. While this has been a good season, we never got to see most of the couples really interact before they got yanked apart. The fact that we already new half the cast made it easier to connect them their partners though.
