@avclub-baf3d07b0caa2a06ac0a87695a35610e:disqus Yeah, while this video made some funny points, the whole stealing music argument was dumb. As far as I know, the real reason that they stopped is because the record companies got greedy and wanted more money  from MTV.

Yeah, I know that girls labelled thing girls vs. boys last week, but I think that was just kind of a fluke. Penner and Kent got together because they were the two older dudes. And Carter is just a hanger-on that that joined them, and he seems pretty low drama, so they don't mind.

Reading Sandman for this feature got me nostalgic for old comics. That really does hold up well. I was amused at how it has a lot of commentary on the

I find I enjoy Sandman more for the smaller stories in it than for the over-arching story of Morpheus.

I love Swamp Thing and agree that he is just a good a character, and generally more sympathetic. I was really just attempting a pre-emptive defense of Swamp Thing by bringing up how Moore had a lot less room to

I think a lot of people who got into the comic later are put off by the horror tone of the first volume. I personally agree with that it hit the ground running, but it does feel a bit different than what came later. Back when it was coming out, a lot of people didn't get on board right away, namely because it pulled

Yeah, 24 Hours definitely left scars when  first read it. It can be divisive, but  find people that hate it because it was horrifying, not because it was bad, so I think it can be considered a success.

The time a team got in trouble for paying a cabbie, they were in a car, and he was paid the cabbie to break the speed limit, telling him he would cover any fines. It was paying someone to break the law that was the issue. I don't that was an issue with the pedicab.
