Killer beats the shit out of anything else released in the 70s.

Bones was a pleasant enough distraction up until this season. I don't know what happened, but it went from being an amusing way to kill time to being a Weeds-level crapfest that makes me want to kill everyone involved. And speaking of Weeds, that show has sucked for a while now, but the last few eps (Mrs. Peel

The only things he's ever done that I enjoyed were In Bruges (which was awesome) and that time he punched that girl in the face in Intermission. Otherwise, I find him almost as dull as Giovanni Ribisi. (Almost. NO ONE is as dull as Giovanni Ribisi.)

I used to love me some Foghat. Then I saw them live without Lonesome Dave and I realized just loved me some Lonesome Dave. The guitarist is just annoying — I like slide guitar as much as the next guy, but 4 minute slide guitar solos in every fucking song gets pretty grating after a while.

1978 was the last time I was ahead of the curve regarding music. I had The Cars and Heaven Tonight before anyone else I knew.

35 year old women are doing jail time for fucking 15 year olds now. And losing their careers.

The Wire Season 4 and the first couple of discs of I, Claudius (which I started watching upon finishing HBO's Rome again).

Entourage sucks and yet is still a thousand times better than Bored To Death.

@fastandsloppy: I fucking hated that "Meet The Spartans" trailer. What the fuck is funny about that "You got served" bit? Complete and utter anti-comedy.

@Pontoon: You're right. I have no idea how Crichton came up with the idea of a futuristic theme park where the something goes awry and the attractions begin attacking the guests. That's just such an original idea.

@citizen christy: Actually, Crichton, by most accounts with any taste, was a legitimately terrible author.

Toby Oak. Not bad.

Having tried, unsuccessfully, to sit through The Girlfriend Experience and after her appearance on Entourage, I checked out Sasha Grey in some porn — she's even a fucking terrible actress in porn.

@Warren - Is 'Blood Sucking Freaks' as awesome as I remember it being, or was I just young, drunk and stupid when I watched it all those years ago?

My original "leap of faith" (which, if I'm being one of those picky douchebags on the internet, was in LC, not ToD) point was regarding why Indy wouldn't have had faith following Raiders, not whether that faith actually would save him.

I watch In Plain Sight, mostly due to my long-time crush on Mary McCormack. From the ads, it appears that all the other USA shows are absolutely horrible, which makes me suspect that In Plain Sight probably is, too.

I never understood why Indy would have a problem with the "leap of faith" near the end of LC. Even though I'm an atheist, I'd have become a believer pretty quickly after the events in Raiders.

Buffy > Angel

Riley sucked then. Riley sucks now. Riley will continue to suck in the future.

Just finished this last night
Best ending to a series ever. Period.
