To me, lately the most dangerous thing I'm seeing is (small sample size) my local mountain apparently doesn't check to see if you have a board leash. The last two times I've gone, I've witnessed maybe 8-10 runaway boards with a couple hitting people. You would think in this litigious age we live in, they would enforce…

For me…(adjusts monocle)…this season was just kind of ok. It got better as the season went on but I wasn't expecting much for the finale (as opposed to the Leftovers finale) so when it kind of went "meh" I said "eh" and that's that.

I'll give you that. It is harder to control for beginners. But snowboarders and skiiers need to stay on the bunny slopes until they're ready and most just think they'll figure it out at the top. I've been taken out by as many skiiers as I have other boarders.

Really? Even now? In my estimation (granted I live in So Cal so snowboarders kind of rule the local slopes), skiiers and boarders pretty much peacefully co-exist. Or I'm just naively misinterpreting skiiers' passive aggressive tolerance towards me?
