I think that's the case for a lot of shows…it comes down to good writing/good creative to not paint themselves into a corner and based on what I've seen so far, I trust that they'll be fine. That being said, if they wanted to wrap this up with one more season, I'd be fine with that.

If there's only one god, how could there be more? Why would he be jealous if he were the only God? No other god would exist because there are no other gods? If there are other gods, then that is by definition the opposite of monotheism?
