Right up until she ignorantly insults a foreign journalist for reading questions off his phone at an awards ceremony.

It's the 'shit' I said when I looked at the clock and saw that I was just a few minutes away from the credits.

I don't know, seemed excedingly likely to me that Peggy would have booked it on one of the Gerhardts' trucks after zapping Dodd, and is probably already on her way to Sioux Falls. Hank knows where she's going, just like he knows that Ed's going to their house.

Does it actually count as a "half-assed" recollection when you have Alzheimer's?

"… Harmon made this episode."

That's not necessarily true. The show does have some continuity.

While he definitely gets that opportunity, Rick and Morty is really Justin Roiland's baby. Harmon's main job on this show is to "frame" Roiland's "insanity" in a way that makes it more palatable to general audience. So more often than not, he's actually the one grounding the show in reality.

I loved Rick praying to God when he thought he was about to die, because, yes, it shows that he's afraid of death. It also shows that he's not really sure God doesn't exist.

Archlich. Get your shit together.

Again, I'm reminded of Louie's big movie idea: "I’ve always wanted to make a movie where a guy’s life is really bad, and then something happens and it makes it worse. But instead of
resolving it … he keeps doing dumb things, so his life keeps getting
worse and worse."

Also, "Hints for Episode 613?"

I confess that I had to "watch" the Lost Lover footage three times before I continued with the episode.

Why would you expect NBC to be right about anything, ever?

I think this was my favorite episode of the season.

A couple weeks ago I had seen the writing on the wall. Sammi has effectively become an "arc villain" for the family to unite again. I don't know if the story will resolve this season, but Chucky is her only wordly connection and Mickey is a violent criminal. It would be very easy for her to disappear.

Probably because Sony already produces a lot of television and movies and corporate synergy is desirable.

It's not a fair point because reviews are supposed to be subjective, not objective. What's the point of trying to judge the show from a hypothetical non-fan perspective in your review if you're a fan?

Hey, someone has to take care of the chickens.

It reads well, but if you're going to put letter grades on your reviews, you should do right by them. If the letter score doesn't actually reflect the reviewer's personal opinion (A-), but rather the opinion of some hypothetical audience member (B), then what good is it?

Full Measures starring Jonathan Banks.
