I fucking love this movie — so many great lines

where / when? I love "hate sex."

Bloom County is the best comic ever made. Not C&H.

And this is my main problem with this season's plot twists. They are ruining Peter's character by making him do so many stupid things. He should have allowed Dianne to have the judgeship because it would remove an obstacle from his wife's career path and not made him an enemy and considerably weakened an enemy

yeah. And she did a lot of drugs — too much — and she was just never the same again. It can happen. It happens all the fucking time.

I actually really love this show. Its quality took a dip this year due to the horrible addition of Heather Locklear but it righted itself by the home stretch.

Ain't no game.

I really love this film. It's beautiful, captivating, and effortless.  It's very unique not only with respect to Altman, but to any film, especially American films.  It captures cutting edge dance performances and how they are created.  It captures the creative, collaborative, and competitive nature of the process.

Ben Affleck!

I finished this book last night.  I highly recommend it.  While it's not great literature — the writing is too inconsistent in terms of quality — it is nonetheless an ambitious, intelligent, and fun book that is filled with stunningly beautiful, visceral and terrifying passages.

this story reminds me of what happened when the the Beastie Boys went on BEFORE the Smashing Pumpkins at Lollapalooza.  I was at the concert in VA and after the BB played people started booing and throwing shit at the Pumpkins.  It was fun to see Pumpkins mocked.

YES this movie was annoying.
