The references to Greek myth in this episode are incredible, how a simple shot at the sky showing birds was able to tell me how as Romulus killed Remus for showing him no respect, Walt was going to turn Jesse in. Each shot of this episode is amazing and so intentional it reminds me in a sense of Citizen Kane is

I think the murders in the beginning are to make it look like a serial killer was behind the attacks. I was pretty sure they made that clear but maybe I'm filling in my memory of the film with logic.

I think a major character's death should be something that lasts longer than an episode- its the human element of this show.
