I thought Tate was more of a female David Brent (based on the few episodes of the original Office that I've seen). Maybe it was just the accent.

1.) I'm assuming that Dwight, as the leader of the group, took everyone's extra key (you get two, right…?).
2.) Dwight has always been sort of a sensationalist so I'm guessing that when he saw everything, he was more than willing to jump to the wildest conclusions, while the pure shock would keep him from noticing the

This was easily a B episode. The cold open was one of the funniest in a LONG time and there were dozens of funny little lines from nearly every character that make up for the kind of over-the-top Dwight stuff (who was also funny when he wasn't screaming). I was even pleased that they haven't beaten us over the head

Yeah, I agree. I like Ellie Kemper playing Kelly in this mood, though. So much better than female Kevin (who has also been getting slightly better as of late).

That's what I though too. I have to admit, though, having a "deep-voiced mom named Brandon" kind of makes me laugh.

I'm actually kind of supporting Andy/Erin suddenly. Not in an season 2 Jim/Pam kind of way, but just in a "Hey, they like each other. It'd be cool if they got together!" sorta thing.

I don't think we are supposed to relate to them at this point, at least not in a way other than hating your job as much as they do. You're right, they chose not to find better (even though you could say Pam tried and failed), but it's not like that makes them horrible people, or even horrible characters, since that's

It's bad writing that the two most sane characters became bitter when they were forced to keep the jobs they hated and once mocked to support a family? I'm not saying The Office doesn't have its share of bad writing, but the whole point of Pam and Jim's story is that it's pathetic and I would say their transformation

I legitimately do not understand Jim/Pam hate. Sure, they were definitely better in earlier seasons, but they're not as awful (or awful at all, really) as people make them out to be. To me it usually seems like people hate them more than legitimate assholes on other shows just because they've become a little more

The grade doesn't really seem to match the review. You mostly said negative things and then gave it a (comparatively) positive grade.

I've been reading these reviews for a while but now I feel the need to share it. 18!

I think there was a virgin Mary joke somewhere in there.

Remember when he dropped the chili, panicked, and tried to scoop it up with paper? Or when he basically admitted he sucked at poker (which I took to mean he exaggerated a lot of his gambling past)? You make a good point with the free throw thing though; athletes are generally much smarter than the rest of us.
