Have played a Ricky for 15+ years. They are the shit. Jangle, mangle, chime, feedback. They can do it all (or maybe that's just me, heh). Les Pauls, awesome as they are, are pretty much limited to all things dick-swingy. Plus those fuckers are heavy. These days my chiropractor would scold me for using one of them.

Including one of mine. They were hugely influential. These two albums and the preceding EPs really are just about the best guitar music there is when it comes to texture and sheer momentum. Get in the car on an open road and crank em up - can't be beaten.
