It caught be surprise when I first saw it. Impressive enough to be a star making turn for D Craig, I thought all the characters were all done well. The stylist stuff was uniformly spread out nicely and it worked for me.
I've always had some ambivalence about Mendes. He definitely has some talent and there are obviously great elements and moments in each of his movies. However, I feel as though each of his movies has plenty of overdone, yet underwhelming moments.
