I'm pretty sure he's wearing the hoodie in reference to Trayvon Martin. If you Google search "Trayvon Martin hoodie" you'll find lots of people donning hoodies in protest to people wrongfully blaming Trayvon's death on the clothes he wore the night he was murdered.
