Oh, the first is "Town With No Cheer" by Waits. Although "It's a Long Way to the Top" does have the kickass bagpipes part.

"Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground" is fan-fucking-tastic. "Icky Thump" is also the second best song to ever feature bagpipes.
