I agree completely!  Max Greenfield was definitely a reason to keep tuning in week to week, even when the writing was uneven or the other characters less defined, but the last 4 or 5 episodes have really given Jake Johnson a chance to break out.  The entire Nick/Fancyman storyline worked so well for me.

It would have been great as a Random Role just to get him to talk about his experiences on these other shows a little more in-depth!
