I would have eagerly watched a "Mars & Mars" reboot, that jumped to post-college Veronica as the PI undermining the law, with Keith as sheriff. It would be interesting the explore the mystery of why she wasn't with the FBI…

I agree with Rowan's list for the most part all around, although Debasement Tapes would probably have topped Spit and Eggs. Paul Rudd never fails to slay me in that episode, even after multiple, multiple viewings.
Excellent recaps - really enjoyed rewatching and reliving the series. I share your assessment on the Veronica Mars reboot - although I would have supported the show coming back in any form for a Season 4, I would have preferred going deeper into Hearst College and the secret society as opposed to jumping forward to…
Cue the inevitable "Who is Mick Jagger" tumblr full of idiotic tween-tweets…
We saved Garrett :(
But where's Setting The Woods On Fire? THEY'RE IN THE WOODS! IT MAKES PERFECT SENSE!
I was into the Choir of Downside School before it was hip.
Worth watching for the group sing-along to the song "Roly Poly". Watched in a film class eight years ago - still makes me chortle today.
RIP Twitter mourning.
Mark my words, Kiernan Shipka will rule us all.
I just read this entire interview in Pam's voice. Cause that's just how I roll.

Naturally, after weeks of cajoling my friends to give the show another chance, this is the episode that airs while I force them to watch. Glad to have blandly-handsome-but-boring Russell gone but other than the good-as-always-Schmidt stuff, this episode was lacking.
Ugh, Girls Like Us was a really great read and now I'm going to have to deal with Taylor Swift in the movie adaptation. Maybe Alison Pill could play all three roles?
Debasement Tapes is a stand-out season three episode, mostly because I like seeing Ken Marino in a mustache.
Let's hope Obama hits back at Aziz' impersonation by impersonating Aziz and effectively blowing my mind for all time.

That kind of dough will keep the kid in Ed Hardy bedazzled jeans until the end of time.
Also, the Gilmore Girls shout-out really excited me in my younger days.
Not a lot of love for Lamb personally but I thought they played the death well - it opens up for Keith to be sheriff again (to highly amusing results for those of us who enjoy the way that shakes out) and raised the stakes of the show (disappointingly, for those who knew there was little chance it would get rescued.)
