The Suckling is a good horror movie about an abortion that comes back to kill everybody at the abortion clinic (having a hard time seeing the symbolism though). The Breeders song Hellbound is a great song about contemplating abortion.

I liked the 2008 version because a lot of the stories were so old the updates went like this: This person was caught, tried, convicted, served their time and are now free.

It's about a blood-thirsty, man-eating plant. He may be an alien but it still leans horror to me.
