I don't really follow their careers, but almost every overlooked film from the 1970s seems to have either Gould or Segal.

Whenever I hear "burgomeister" I can only think of that holiday villain Burgermeister Meisterburger from "Santa Claus Is Comin' to Town."

It's bad enough that Hank let the biggest meth kingpin flourish under his own watch, bad enough that it was his own brother-in-law — don't forget that Hank became boss because his old boss was tarnished by the revelation that Gus Fring was a meth dealer, and all his old boss did was pose in pictures with Fring be

The whole Uncle Rico wife/girlfriend thing did come out of nowhere. I wonder whether there was more to that that didn't make the film, yet we got plenty of Lafawnda.

That was the ONLY question whose answer I was 100% sure of. When you're on the "hot seat," you second-guess everything…my initial $100 question was "This is the part of the body where you put blush" and even though the other answers were obvious wrongs like ankle and butt, I was still like, "Maybe people DO put blush

Back in 2001 (jeez, was it that long ago?) I won 32 grand on the Regis Philbin version of "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire." Unfortunately, my story isn't very exciting, or adorable, as this one though I did answer an early question about a House of Pain song (one of the other choices was "Swab the Deck") by yelling

There's a good chance you'll like the ending of The Shield. I'll say no more.

I wonder how many takes it took for the actor to get it right. I hope there's an extended cut of that scene.

I wish they could show how Don spelled Ted's last name.

As someone around the same age and with kids, I felt the same way…I actually went to the kitchen during part of that scene because it was very difficult to watch.

"Obviously Dawn was the […] jig."

Didn't care for The Man Who Wasn't There, but then a read an analysis of the film that claimed that it was about Billy Bob Thornton's repressed homosexuality. It makes all the pieces fit, yet I haven't been compelled to watch it again. The article is a great read, by the way: http://www.ejumpcut.org/arc…

BEARSLAYER!

@avclub-615e85318c18d18b6901b69196261c5e:disqus I watched that scene again just last month, and I still have to (mostly) cover my eyes or turn the sound down, it's so uncomfortable.

They were going to cover him, but when Kennedy was assassinated on Mad Men, there went that idea. Or something like that.

And let us not forget his touching and not-at-all anachronistic relationship…with a robotic owl.

He DID sing in blackface once. Does that count?

But who will play Creed's parents in the finale? Werner Herzog and Olivia de Havilland!
