So, was Jim offering Darryl a future potential job? In a more conventional sitcom world, it sounded like Jim was talking out loud / about himself, and Darryl was assuming that Jim was referring to him (Darryl), but I didn't think Jim would be that inconsiderate. But it was a little confusing.
