Okay, so this was "Taken," Castle-style, but I still liked it.  Fillion's portrayal of the distraught father was fantastic.  I thought at first it might be a little overdone, but upon second viewing, I wouldn't be surprised if he's up for an Emmy for this one.

I didn't hate it, but it didn't do much for me either.  Esposito often gets the crappy end of the story line, but this time it looks like they went to some effort to make him more than just the last, unhooked single guy on the set.

Castle never struck me as being very secretive either.  Most of what's in his head seems to come out of his mouth pretty quickly.

At least the rest of the cast finally got some recognition.  Must be annoying to see Nathan be the only one who gets awards.

Yay, "Castle" won Best Crime Drama People's Choice!  And Nathan won Best Dramatic Actor.

Maybe now we'll get to see Beckett putting forth the effort instead of Castle as she tries to "get to know him" instead of taking him for granted.

Yay, more Castle tonight — finally!

Aw, was that not the sweetest Christmas episode ever?  Although I'm a little surprised they got away with saying, "Shouldn't you be at home, stuffing your wife's stocking?"

Did you?  Don't remember as I've been having too much fun watching our main couple try to hide their relationship from everyone else to give the parents much thought.  I'm surprised Gates wasn't in the squad car at the end to see them hugging.  They're going to have to deal with her at some point.
