First of all, isn't putting a show on Friday night at 9/8 central a sure sign of low ratings? Do a lot of people stay home just to watch TV on Friday nights? Second, if this season hadn't departed so much from what made the first season great more people might watch.

As a Bears fan, any season in which we beat the Packers twice and get to watch them blow it in the NFC championship game is about as good as having a winning record. Being a Bears/Cubs fan, I'll take whatever small childish victories I can get at this point.
