I agree with you 100% about the first two scenes, and for the most part about the rest of the film. It's baffling, beautiful, and so personal as to be incomprehensible. It's impressive in its audacity and also exasperatingly self-indulgent. I don't think I *liked* it, but I'm very glad I saw it.
