I'm pretty sure that didn't have anything to do with anything.

This show should star and be named for Dum Dum Dugan.

Stopped watching after episode 2 … but based on this review, I feel like the show really captured the "absolutely moronic people acting stupider than humanly possible" feel I got from the book.

For the record, everyone is wrong. Spider-Man is a better movie than Spider-Man 2.

Eh - it happens.

Saw Pearl Jam in about 1991. Seeing that first clip reminded me of that show — the band looked and sounded bored and disinterested. After that, I just never got into them.

Have to say I was pleased that the ugly caricatures of human beings from the book were somewhat toned down and nuanced. On the other hand, the pilot just wasn't all that interesting. I'll be watching … and hoping for better.

You know, Reid Paley has actually done some excellent stuff at various points in his career.

Paley & Francis?

This whole season is a disaster. Let's just drop the whole thing now. Wrap it up, folks! Nothin' to see here!

His version of Aristocats, however, is unwatchable.

While Jagr was in Pittsburgh, fans still attended. 1998 was the lowest attendance during his time there, and the team averaged 14,825 (more than 87 percent of capacity).

Nobody watches the Pirates.

That's what I was thinking, too. Hockey + football = lots of time watching live TV. And they probably still have ridiculous numbers of news shows, too. Nobody watches 5 hours of The Voice, et al, per day.

X-Men's Quinjet? BALDERDASH! It's a Blackbird, sir. I demand your geek card forthwith.

The extra dough is for car crashes and nudity, dammit. I want my money's worth!

Wait, somehow the word "yellow" makes you think of nothing but "hot, steaming urine"? Really? It's a color!

Muses and Hersh … still phenomenal stuff.
