I'm casual acquaintances with the original guitarist from Seven Mary Three. We see each other at open mics once in a while, and give each other feedback on our original songs, and it's all good. But EVERY SINGLE time I have to stop myself from sneaking the word "cumbersome" into the conversation and then winking at

As shitty as Kid Rock's music is (I'll never forgive him for butchering Werewolves of London), his self-awareness makes him harder to hate than Durst.

Wow. I just listened to that song for the first time in over a decade, and it's not half bad if you take the vocals out and remember it's from the soundtrack to a 2000 action movie.

I'm in no place to suggest how you should do your job, but I really hope he talks about hanging dong in that one episode of Party Down.

Is that like a nevernude?

soundtrack release date: TBD

Someone took this thing and made another thing out of it:

People who smugly call it "hand-egg" are just as bad as the "sportsball" people.

I still love that song.

And then there's the 1998 Godzilla soundtrack…

Look, B&R is a terrible movie but the Bat-credit card rules. It's the good kind of campy, like the 60s TV show with its weirdly specific labels on everything.

That's weird, I don't remember the other one.

I was thinking Bob Balaban, but Giamatti would work too.

How many monkey butlers do they have?

The answer is none. None more human.

That's like the first Michael Bay Transformers movie, where they got Mutemath to record a weird version of the cartoon theme song, and I'm pretty sure they didn't even play it over the closing credits. Just threw it on the end of the "songs from and inspired by" soundtrack.

I had to go back and make sure you were talking about the episode I thought you were talking about.

Not GJI man.

I'm pretty sure my mom took me to see it in the theater. I would have been 5 years old at the time, and I haven't watched it since, but I remember the jetpack being cool, Timothy Dalton being a perfect villain, and Jennifer Connelly being the most beautiful person on the planet.

I like Krasinski, but I'm not sure he could convey the gee-whiz sincerity of the role. I honestly think Zac Efron would be a good choice. Alden Ehrenreich's face is a little too shifty-looking, but he could probably knock it out of the park too.
