I read the book quite a few years ago, but it was my impression that Lionel Essrog was not a 45 year old man (Norton's age). Plus, I'm not sure if mentioning Bret Ratner's attachment is supposed to good or not…I suppose he can probably fit it in while doing Horrible Bosses 2.

Not proud that I watched this show from the beginning, but I did. I also had almost given up on it when RDJ came on board. I hoped the media was wrong about all of his troubles, and I dreaded what it would mean for a TV couple I had come to adore, pretty much based on this episode alone.
