Well for one thing…Cougar Town is better than mediocre. For me, it's consistently funnier than Modern Family. If I have a choice between Cougar Town and Modern Family on the DVR. Cougar always gets played first.

Poor Trakball…you seem to be fighting a losing battle. I'll throw in my moral support…it's not worth much as I know nothing of infectious beats nor crafty rhyme.
YES…because if there's one thing I love about hip hop…it's correct grammar and spelling. Believ dat!
YAY! The Robot Apocalypse is HERE! Where's my time machine?
Why does Folds not have a good rep around here? Is it cause of that Singin' show? The man likes a cappella music and big fat paychecks? Give him a break…he's got alimony to pay for.
When one door closes…
another opens. Hopefully it leads to an incinerator.
@Donald - Glad we're friends. Buddy is so endearing.
Yes…how dare they intentionally try and make you go to their channel to watch their show.
They may be burning through the characters IE "the big bad guy" but the mystery remains. Why were they after Lindus and what's so important about the land? Who's behind it all? Who really killed Gazny? Still lots to explore.
Modern Family was ok but I wouldn't say it was better. Cougar Town had a pretty brisk pace to it last night and the side gags were really well done.
That's what I love about this show though. The major plotlines are ok…but it's the inbetween stuff that makes this show great. The no look high five…slap out of it…dead baby meals…greeting friends (particularly Grayson) with shouted Japanese welcomes.
That should be Nathan…pardon my mixup of N names.
One of my favorite artists…
I think he's just about one of the best lyricists and performers around. I wish you would have covered Joshua Judges Ruth (my favorite by far) but I'll take a good critique for an often over-looked singer.
My favorite…Raymond Lucky. He's a song and dance man!
Oh man…that's sad. I haven't cried like that since American Pie.
Oh, I don't know about that as being any kind of proof. I think you have to list The Wire as one of your favorite shows just to register here.
Please don't end this thread…ever. I need something to read when I get to work tomorrow.
I can see that. I guess I kinda forgot about all those special features cause I've been watching everything either live, streamed or OnDemand. You'd have to be pretty into it though to want to buy it.
That's where I don't get the logic though Jorge…why if you could watch it instantly all the time would you ever buy the DVD's?
Well of course they want you to wait for the DVD's. They are a business…they do have a profit motive. And to be honest Dumb…it must be working. If they weren't seeing a healthy margin from DVD sales…believe me, they'd be knockin' on Netflix's back door immediately.
