Not to mention thousands of lives were just lost to bring back the banner to Winterfell, including a Stark's. Had there been some element of celebration at that point I woulda been a little pissed.

sigh…phil hartman.
I love Kristen Schaal's character. One complaint I had about the end of the last season was her role seemed to be diminished by the eclipse of Phil's ineptitude and the new characters.. She is his anchor, and a big part of why this season has been so solid. I hope they keep the 'us against them' story line going,…
I have never heard this song before. It sounds like something Trey Parker would write in his sleep.
Beatles only started wearing suits after their manager convinced them to do it. Look at the pictures from Hamburg and The Cavern Club…it was all leather and gelled hair.
"Like Hannibal himself, the show has been dangling us like prey, saying “We’ll tell you who is alive when we’re good and ready.”
INeil Simon should be very proud. The best and weirdest impression of his work I've seen, and a total A effort from the cast.
This is NBC's finest moment since they displayed the tail of the peacock.
A superb episode..maybe my favorite so far. Totally agree with the overall sentiment about Chilton. Such a deeper character than the one from Silence.
Clyde and a Grateful Dead reference. That was pure television nirvana for me.
I thought they took a risk when showing the real footage of shoppers going crazy at the gates. In the end, they didn't overdue it, and it brought me even deeper into the message of the arc. What started as a distraction ended up being integral to the message.
I love J Mascis' solo on "Start Choppin" It's a masterpiece of mood and precision.
When Sherlock confronts Mycroft about the dalliance, he does ask if it was done just for revenge, which is somewhat of a call out on the parallels you mentioned in your observations.
No one will ever top it. I hope you like him now.
without reading the review, or any comments…I can confidently say Continental breakfast is the funniest skit I've seen yet.
Now, I will read the review and the comments..as soon as I stop laughing.
What I really liked about this episode was the editing. They had a lot of story lines going on at the same time, but did what I think was a pretty incredible job of making each one interesting throughout the very short 22 minutes of show time.
They gave Gravity a B+, which is utterly ridiculous. If there's a movie I've seen in the past 5 years or so that deserved a real A, it was Gravity. The whole reviewing system on this site is inconsistent and they frankly have just too many writers. That's the nice thing about Rolling Stone (and you'll never hear me…
I love Marino. I miss The State and would love to see some kind of reunion one day.
Yea, it's like they feel that making sure they minus every A gives the reviewer some sort of respect as critics, but really just indicates a certain hubris in their attitudes.. I still occasionally see full As pop up on TV and Film reviews, but it's far too rare, and even worse it takes away the distinction of how…
What is up with the minus'? This was one of the best 22 minutes of television I've seen this year, and it's okay to give an A for the show, Mr. Sims…even if it goes against your principal of never, ever, no matter how good it is, will I give it an A philosophy. Oh, and you need an editor, or less booze, when you're…
