I think the show's producers heard her talking about "getting physical" and thought she stood a decent chance of punching Trish in the face, and so eased her out gently.

I'd like to point out the Survivor beat American Idol in the ratings for the third week running. So our chances of seeing a salt-and-pepper LJ win "Heroes vs Villains 3" are slightly larger than they were three weeks ago.

There's a "secret scene" on the CBS website which shows that the elements played a role. There's also one of Spencer making fun of her, which is nice.

You're in luck! There's a secret scene online which shows Sarah referring to her alliance with Tony as "her only leg to stand on"

Agreed. Has anybody thought of this on the show? I feel like I've yelled that at the TV before.

I'm probably wrong, it was a really long time ago.

I didn't realize this until you said it. I think its a safe bet.

I feel that the ability to give inoffensive non-answers is underrated as a marker of Survivor talent. Cochran did this well his second season, and Yul is the all-time master. I don't think anyone who has won survivor did so with poor tribal-council speaking skills. Maybe Bob from Gabon or Chris from Vanuatu.

No kidding; both Lindsey and Alexis were Pick-Four selections for me. Lindsey would have been the perfect goat.

On the other hand, Jeff looks younger in night-vision.

I got the sense that the Brains alliance isn't particularly solid. Jeremiah seem to be closer to LJ than to anyone on Aparri. Sarah's doubts about her old allies could turn out to be transient. Morgan will do what's best for Morgan.

Established strategy (woefully underutilized this time around) in that challenge is to throw your idol up high into the air, and tackle your opponent before your idol hits the ground. Spencer did it, the others mostly didn't.

Good plays tonight:
