That's one of the great thing about the first 3 seasons. Even the not so goood episodes had a good b/c story or some really funny jokes. The Schmitty episode has, in my opinion, a really good b-story and Jeff and Britta have some great interactions.

Well, she's an anarchist type, so that makes some sense at least.
