I wonder if they'll go the comics route and [SPECULATIVE SPOILERS] have Mon-El needing to go into the Phantom Zone due to lead poisoning. Have Kara moon over him on the PZ monitor, and then find out he doesn't get cured until the 31st Century so they can't be together yadda yadda doomed romance. . .

I thought s1 of ALPHAS grew into something pretty interesting, but the firing of Ira Behr and the pretty quick cancellation made me skip s2. Should I reconsider?

Isn't the CW app free?

"Anyhoo" got me.

How widely-known is it that Hank is J'Onn? POTUS seems to have signed off, but can the head of the DEO press charges for being forced into an Alien Fight Club without the sheer tonnage of Congressional hearings into "subversive aliens in our gummint" making it impossible for him to continue in the role? I dunno. . .

He *had* a shot - Verhoeven wanted him for the role. I thought I'd read he was fired, but this says he turned the role down: https://www.yahoo.com/movie…

Need a gif of Benoist's face when Cat is kvelling about Clark's butt, stat. SO good.

They could only barely find Sarah in 1984 (having to kill several LA-based Sarahs to be sure) - presumably the post-apocalyptic records couldn't find her any further back than that (and John Conner only in 1995 for T2).

He really did. I have a hard time watching the film now - it's just on the cusp of his accident, and now all I can think of is the roles we didn't get to see from a mature Reeve.

Dating Bradley Whitford for a while, apparently. A win for both, I'd say.

If anything, I'd think they'd simply move Supergirl to Earth-Arrow so that she'd get out from under Superman's shadow. But they probably want to keep the supporting cast, so. . .

Shades solemn handshake saluting morning-after-TB Player was great. Otherwise, I prefer the theatrical cut.

I really went down the youtube rabbit hole here. . . who in the world needs THAT many live versions of "Manic Monday"?

Spiner co-wrote NEMESIS - blame away!

They shot and cut a Quark scene from INSURRECTION. It sounded dreadful.

FINAL FRONTIER has huge problems, but Luckinbill wasn't one of them. Sybok was a dumb idea for a character (at least in being Spock's half-brother), but damned if Luckinbill doesn't sell it. Nimoy sleepwalks through that film, leaving Luckinbill to do all the work.

As I wrote above, the movie's budget wasn't slashed - Shatner and Bennett merely went with a different FX house to disastrous effect. FINAL FRONTIER had the highest TOS film budget other than STTMP.

Wise's DVD cut is a great improvement on all prior versions. Well worth a look.
